BAY PRO-AM City League Association, (BPA) is an organization that creates, develop and operate turnkey basketball tournaments and leagues in Tampa and Orlando, Florida. We provide an outlet for high skilled leveled locals, collegiate, semi-pro and professional athletes. The Basketball Summer league applies for certification by the National Basketball Association (NBA) every year.
